It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the recognition granted to Alpha Sennon, distinguished member of the Hemispheric Community of Rural Youth of IICA, who has been awarded the prestigious “Above and Beyond” 2023 award by the Numismatic Guaranty Company (NGC).

Sennon receives this award based on his notable contributions through his Non-Governmental Organization, known as WHYFarm. WHYFarm's mission is to promote the importance of sustainable agriculture, especially among youth and boys and girls. Its focus is on developing skills in agricultural entrepreneurship and empowering the next generation to contribute to the achievement of global food security and nutrition by 2050. 

This award is an inspiring example that reflects the positive impact that can be achieved from the agricultural sector. This field, which is often underestimated, has a lot to contribute to youth and can play a crucial role in sustainable development worldwide.
